Sutton's Chullora is absolutely the best service experience I have ever received. I was unsure moving my car to Chullora after Sydney City closed down but it is the best decision I have ever made. The booking process was seamless, a car was available for me to use during the service, the staff explained everything to me and helped me make sure the car was in top condition. I couldn't believe I received a video of my car being serviced. This has to be one of the best initiatives I've seen in all my life servicing different cars. Was unreal. Transparent honest and professional servicing and an absolute pleasure. I have already been recommending friends and family. Whoever is running Sutton's Chullora and also the service department should be proud of what they have accomplished so far and I see the building work is still continuing so I can only imagine how much better this place will be.
